Summary

A few cases of hepatocellular carcinomas, colorectal, breast, testicular and urothelial cancers along with occasional cases of renal cancers and melanomas showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining cancer cells were negative.Several colorectal cancers along with a few pancreatic, prostatic and liver, stomach and endometrial cancers exhibited weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Other cancer tissues were negative.A subset of tumor cells in a single case of cholangiocarcinoma and seminoma showed moderate cytoplasmic staining while renal cancer displayed moderate membranous positivity. Extracellular material was distinctly stained in few cases of cervix and colorectal cancers. Remaining cancer tissues were negative.Distinct staining of extracellular matrix in several cancer tissues, virtually no staining in other cellular compartments.Cases of hepatocellular carcinomas displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity while fractions of cells in renal cancers showed nuclear positivity. Tumor cells in general were negative.
