Summary

Most malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity or were negative. Most colorectal and several renal, stomach and pancreatic cancers were strongly stained.Most malignancies displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity in a fraction of tumor cells. The majority of malignant gliomas, melanomas, prostate and liver cancers were negative.
