Malignant cells generally displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining which in several cases was combined with nuclear or luminal membrane positivity. Several cases of colorectal, breast and pancreatic cancers showed strong staining. Most testicular, renal, urothelial and endometrial cancers as well as several cases of malignant lymphomas and gliomas were negative.
