Summary

Colorectal, pancreatic and renal cancers as well as a majority of breast, prostate, endometrial, gastric showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Most of the remaining malignancies were in general weakly stained or negative. Among tumors, additional membranous staining was seen in colorectal, pancreatic and renal cancers. Many cases of gliomas, lymphomas and testicular cancers were negative.Colorectal cancers displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. In addition a few cases of stomach, pancreatic, liver, lung and ovarian cancer showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Remaining malignancies were weakly stained or negative. Most malignancies showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and/or membranous positivity. Malignant lymphomas, gliomas and melanomas were generally negative.Colorectal cancers as well as several liver, prostate, endometrial, pancreatic and gastric cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic staining combined with cases of membranous staining. Remaining malignancies were weakly stained or negative.
