Summary

General nucleolar and cytoplasmic staining often accompanied by luminal membranous immunoreactivity was observed in malignant cells. The intensity was mainly moderate to strong. Renal cancers along with several malignant lymphomas, cervical, endometrial, skin and ovarian cancers were weakly stained or negative.Malignant cells displayed variable staining intensities. Malignant gliomas, lung, testicular, urothelial and liver cancers exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity while cervical, endometrial, stomach and skin cancers generally were weakly stained or negative. Remaining cancers displayed weak to moderate staining.
