Summary

Most malignant tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in cases of malignant lymphomas, colorectal and endometrial cancers. Malignancies generally displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity, in some cases accompanied with nuclear staining in a fraction of the cells. Strong positivity was found in some prostate cancers, hepatocellular carcinomas and in a few malignant gliomas. Squamous cell carcinomas were negative or displayed faint positivity.
