Summary

Cancers exhibited moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Rare cases of gliomas, melanomas, endometrial and liver cancers showed strong positivity. Most cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear/membranous staining. Few colorectal cancers were strongly stained.A majority of cancer cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. Strong positivity was observed in several cases of ovarian, endometrial, testicular and liver cancers. Gliomas and breast cancer were weakly stained or negative.
