Summary

The staining intensity of cancers varied between tumors. Most tumors showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Strongest staining was shown in melanomas, testicular and thyroid cancers.Papillary adenocarcinoma of thyroid exhibited strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Several cases of melanomas showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
