Summary

A majority of cancer cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with a granular pattern. Several cases of thyroid, colorectal, prostate and hepatocellular positivity. Most gliomas, squamous cell carcinomas and renal cancers were weakly stained or negative.Weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity, with additional membranous staining in a few cases was observed in most cancer tissues. Gliomas, lymphomas, melanomas, renal and endometrial cancers were mostly negative.
