Summary

A small subset of tumor cells in carcinoids, hepatocellular carcinoma, adenocarcinoma of cervix and pancreatic cancer displayed distinct cytoplasmic staining. Remaining tumor cells were negative.Most cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative. Strong staining was observed in occasional cases gastric and cervical cancers while cases of liver, endometrial, lung and pancreatic cancers showed moderate positivity.
