Summary

Most prostate and thyroid cancers along with several cases of ovarian, renal, pancreatic and liver cancers exhibited moderate immunoreactivity. The remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative.Hepatocellular carcinomas and few cases of cervical cancers exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. The remaining malignant tissues were generally negative.Moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in colorectal, ovarian, endometrial and renal cancers. Prostate and thyroid cancers as well as a few cases of malignant melanoma, breast, cervical and lung cancers showed moderate positivity. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative. Most malignant tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and occasional membranous positivity. Squamous cell carcinomas, malignant lymphomas, gliomas and melanomas were negative.
