Summary

A majority of cancers displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Additional membranous positivity was observed in colorectal cancers along with few cases of endometrial, pancreatic and stomach cancers. Cases of ovarian cancers, melanomas, endometrial, urothelial, stomach, pancreatic cancers exhibited strong immunoreactivity. Most renal cancers were negative.Several cases of gliomas, melanomas, colorectal, breast, stomach and pancreatic cancers along with a few cases of cervical, endometrial and lung cancers exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Additional membranous positivity was observed in colorectal cancers. Remaining cancers were weakly stained or negative. Most cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear staining in several cases. Gliomas, lymphomas and renal cell carcinomas along with several cases of melanomas, lung and skin cancers were negative. Most cancers displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Most gliomas and lymphomas were negative.
