Summary

A majority of melanomas, endometrial, breast, urothelia and liver cancer showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Thyroid cancer and several gliomas dispalyed strong staining. Remaining tumour cells were in general weakly stained or negative. Most cancer tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Thyroid cancers along with a few cases of melanomas, gliomas and breast cancers exhibited strong immunoreactivity. Several renal cancers along with few cases of lung, stomach cancers and lymphomas were negative.
