Summary

Malignant gliomas, testicular seminomas and a few renal cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. Malignant cells in general were negative.Renal cancers exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining while a majority of testicular cancers, thyroid cancers, malignant gliomas and lymphomas displayed moderate immunoreactivity. The remaining tumors generally showed weak staining or were negative. Many renal and thyroid cancers showed moderate to strong staining in cytoplasm and nucleus while a majority of ovarian cancers, urothelial cancers, malignant gliomas, lymphomas and melanomas showed weak to moderate staining. Remaining malignancies were generally negative.
