Summary

Most malignancies exhibited moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Additional staining of luminal membranes was observed in adenocarcinomas. Colorectal cancers were in general strongly stained.Moderate to strong membranous and cytoplasmic positivity was observed in gastric cancers. Cases of moderate immunoreactivity was observed in malignant melanoma, colorectal, ovarian, cervical, pancreatic and liver cancers. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative.
