Summary

Malignancies exhibited moderate cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity. Additionally nuclear staining was observed in some cases. Few breast, cervical, ovarian and endometrial carcinomas and malignant gliomas showed strong staining. Malignant lymphomas, melanomas and skin cancers were either weakly stained or negative. Most malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. A few endometrial cancers were strongly stained.A majority of malignant cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Testicular cancers along with several cases of renal, colorectal, urothelial and cancers of female genital tract were negative.
