Summary

Most of the malignant cells showed weak to moderate membranous with additional cytoplasmic positivity in some cases. Many colorectal and a few pancreatic cancers were strongly stained. Several malignant gliomas, prostate and cervical cancers were negative.Most malignant cells were negative or weakly stained in cytoplasm. Rare lung cancers, melanomas and renal cancers displayed strong nucleolar staining.
