Summary

Malignant tissues displayed nuclear immunoreactivity, mainly of weak to moderate intensity. Several colorectal cancers and a few breast cancers were strongly positive, while most liver cancers, endometrial cancers and cervical cancers were negative. Most cancers showed weak to moderate nuclear staining. Strong nuclear positivity was observed in a few cancer e.g. urothelial cancers, malignant gliomas and carcinoids. Hepatocellular carcinomas and most renal cancers were negative.
