Summary

Most malignant cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear positivity in some cases. Several cases of colorectal cancers exhibited strong staining. Most cases of malignant gliomas, malignant lymphomas and renal cells carcinomas were negative.Many cases of malignant melanomas, colorectal, skin and urothelial cancers along with a few prostate, lung, gastric and pancreatic cancers displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and occasional membranous positivity. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative.
