Summary

Moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern was observed in most malignant cells. Strong positivity was observed in liver and several colorectal cancers, while testicular cancers, squamous and basal cell carcinomas generally were negative. Most malignant cells showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Liver and thyroid cancers displayed strong granular cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Skin cancers were mostly negative. Most of the malignant cells displayed moderate granular cytoplasmic positivity. A majority of colorectal, thyroid and liver cancers as well as several renal cancers showed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Most skin, cervical and testicular cancers were negative or showed weak staining.
