Summary

Weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining in several cases of almost all malignancies. Strongest staining in colorectal, prostate cancers, carcinoids and malignant gliomas and melanomas. Virtually no staining in malignant lymphomas, breast, cervical, renal and liver cancers.Most of the malignant cells were negative. Malignant gliomas exhibited strong cytoplasmic staining in several cases while thyroid cancers and a few pancreatic malignancies were moderately stained.
