Summary

Most cancers exhibited weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Few cases of papillary adenocarcinomas of thyroid and testis cancer along with rare colorectal, prostate and cervix cancers showed strong positivity. Rare cases of glioma showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. The majority of liver and pancreatic cancers were weakly stained or negative.Lymphomas and hepatocellular carcinomas, several renal cancers along with a few squamous cell carcinomas and ovarian cancers displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous staining in several cases. Distinct membranous staining was observed in several breast cancers. Remaining cancer tissues were negative.Cancer cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining which in several cases was combined with nuclear positivity.
