Summary

Few cases of melanomas showed strong cytoplasmic and occasional membranous immunoreactivity. Remaining tumour tissues were negative.Several breast, colorectal, prostate cancers along with few glioma, endometrial, ovarian, urothelial cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Pancreas, colorectal and stomach cancer exhibited additional membranous positivity. Other cancer tissues were generally negative. Many cases of colorectal cancers and fractions of cases in pancreatic, gastric, ovarian and lung cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Most remaining tumour cells were negative.
