Summary

Most malignant tissues were negative or showed occasional weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity. Some tumors showed a granular staining pattern. A few lung cancers were stronger stained. Most malignant tissues were in general negative. Colorectal, stomach, few ovarian, cervical, pancreatic and lung cancers showed strong cytoplasmic, membranous and extra cellular positivity.Strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was displayed in several cases of colorectal-, stomach-, pancreatic-, lung- and urothelial cancer. Most other tumor types were negative. Colorectal, stomach, pancreatic, liver, lung, breast, cervical and mucinous cystadenocarcinomas of ovary exhibited strong cytoplasmic, membranous and often extracellular immunoreactivity. Endometrial cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. The remaining tumors were mainly negative.
