Summary

Most squamous cell carcinomas displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Several cases of skin, testicular, renal and urothelial cancers were moderately stained. Remaining cancer cells were in general weakly stained or negative.A few cases of malignant melanoma, colorectal, thyroid, ovarian, lung, gastric and pancreatic cancers displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous positivity in some cases. Nuclear staining was observed in occasional cases of malignant melanoma and urothelial cancers. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative.
