Summary

A majority of malignant cells were moderately stained in the cytoplasm. Strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in colorectal cancers, malignant gliomas and few cases of hepatocellular carcinomas. Most cases of cervical and skin cancers were negative. Most malignancies showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Malignant gliomas and several colorectal cancers displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Malignant lymphomas, skin and prostate cancers were negative.
