Summary

Most cancer cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity in cases combined with nuclear positivity. A majority of breast, prostate, cervical, ovarian, stomach, pancreatic and liver cancers were weakly stained or negative. Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Few breast cancers, gliomas and occasional lung cancers exhibited strong immunoreactivity. Several liver, stomach, colorectal and few testicular cancers were negative.
