Summary

A majority of cancer tissues showed moderate to strong membranous and/or cytoplasmic positivity.Colorectal, ovarian, endometrial, testicular, breast, urothelial, pancreatic and liver cancers displayed moderate to strong membranous staining. Malignant lymphomas exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.Several malignant melanomas, lung, cervical, breast and colorectal cancers displayed weak to moderate nuclear immunoreactivity. Most skin cancers showed moderate to strong nuclear and/or cytoplasmic staining. Smooth muscle cells in tumor stroma was distinctly stained. Remaining malignant cells were negative. Two cases of basal cell carcinomas in skin showed distinct cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining malignant cells were negative.
