Summary

Most malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Membranous staining was observed in a few cases of colorectal and pancreatic cancers. Papillary adenocarcinoma of thyroid and a few malignant melanoma were strongly stained. Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in colorectal cancers along with several cases of breast, ovarian, endometrial, pancreatic and liver cancers. Several cases of squamous cell carcinomas and urothelial cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic and nucelar positivity. Remaining malignancies were in general weakly stained or negative.
