Summary

A majority of cancer tissues were negative. Moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in some adenocarcinomas, especially in mucinous carcinomas. Most cancer tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Few cases of melanomas, stomach and pancreatic cancers exhibited strong staining.
