Summary

Most malignant cells exhibited weak to moderate nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity. A few seminomas were strongly stained. Several lung and skin, were negative. Most malignant tissues displayed moderate weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with nuclear staining in a few cases. A few cases of testicular, colorectal and breast cancers exhibited strong staining. Liver cancers along with several cases of malignant melanomas, lung, renal and stomach cancers were negative. Most colorectal cancers along with several breast, endometrial and testicular cancers displayed moderate to strong nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative.
