Summary

Weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining was observed in most malignancies. Several malignant gliomas, lymphomas, endometrial and renal cancers were negative. A majority of cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative. Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in cases of colorectal cancers and malignant gliomas. A majority of malignant cells showed moderate positivity. Strong positivity was seen in a few cases of malignant melanomas, skin, cervical and testicular cancers. Several breast cancers were negative.
