Summary

Most tumour tissues were negative. Several prostate cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining.Several cases of glioma, carcinoid, melanoma, colorectal, lung, testis and pancretic cancer displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Remaining tumour tissues were weakly stained or negative.Tumour tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining along with occasional membranous positivity in a few cases. Several cases of colorectal cancers along with few cases of ovarian cancers displayed strong positivity. Carcinoids and skin cancers were negative.
