Summary

Moderate to strong membranous and cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was seen in most tumor tissues. Strongest immunoreactivity found in adenocarcinomas. A majority of malignant tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity. Several colorectal cancers were strongly positive, while most malignant gliomas, lymphomas and melanomas were negative. Among malignant cells, moderate to strong membranous immunoreactivity was observed in a majority of cells. Malignant melanomas, lymphomas and gliomas were in general negative.
