Summary

Moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity was observed in most malignant tissues. Malignant gliomas, lymphomas and carcionoids as well as skin, head & neck and lung cancers were mainly negative.A majority of malignant cells showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Malignant melanomas and a few cases of colorectal, urothelial, pancreatic and liver cancers were strongly stained. Several malignant gliomas, lymphomas and skin cancers were negative. Most malignancies showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. A few cases of ovarian cancers were strongly positive.
