Summary

Several cases of testis cancers displayed moderate to strong nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity. Few cases of squamous cell carcinomas of cervix, skin and lung cancers showed moderate nuclear staining. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.Several testis cancers along with few colorectal, breast, prostate, skin cancers and gliomas showed moderate nuclear and/or cytoplasmic positivity. Rare cases of seminomas of testis exhibited strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Other cancers were in general weakly stained or negative.Testis, colorectal, breast, lung, skin, gastric, gynecological cancers and melanomas and lymphomas showed moderate to strong nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity. Renal, pancreatic and liver cancer were mainly negative.
