Summary

Most tumor types displayed differential staining pattern, ranging from negative cases to tumors with strong nuclear staining within the same tumor type. All malignant lymphomas were negative. Most malignant gliomas, melanomas, basal cell carcinomas and pancreas cancers as well as several urothelial, cervical and endometrial cancers showed moderate to strong nuclear staining. remaining malignancies were weakly stained or negative.Cancer tissues displayed moderate to strong nuclear staining. Few cases of colorectal, stomach and prostate cancers displayed additional cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Several cases of lymphoma were negative.
