Summary

Malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with additional nuclear staining in several cancers. Malignant gliomas and breast cancers were weakly stained or negative.Weak to moderate nuclear positivity and slightly weaker cytoplasmic staining was observed in most malignant cells. Several malignant melanomas, prostate, ovarian and renal cancers were negative.
