Summary

Most cancers exhibited weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Several gliomas along with cases of breast, cervical, endometrial, skin and testis cancers showed strong positivity. Additional nuclear positivity was observed in fractions of cases. Several renal cell carcinomas were negative.Cancer cells displayed cytoplasmic staining with varying intensity. A majority of ovarian, cervical, lung and liver cancers as well as several gliomas, melanomas, pancreatic, stomach and breast cancers showed moderate to strong staining. Remaining cancers were in general weakly stained or negative.
