Summary

Cancer cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Additional nuclear staining was observed in several melanomas.Cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous positivity in colorectal cancers. Few cases of ovarian, cervical, colorectal and lung cancers were strongly stained. Most cancer cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity.
