Summary

Strong cytoplasmic or membranous positivity was observed in testicular and renal cancers. In gliomas, nerve fibers displayed distinct immunoreactivity. Most other tumors were negative or faintly stained. Most testicular cancers along with few renal and urothelial cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Few melanomas were strongly stained. Remaining cancer tissues were negative.Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was seen in renal glomeruli, ovarian stromal cells and cells in seminiferus ducts of testis. Among malignancies, moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in testicular cancers, melanomas and renal cancers. Remaining normal and malignant tissues were negative.
