Summary

Moderate cytoplasmic staining, often combined with nuclear positivity, was observed in most malignancies. A majority of renal cancers and several prostate cancers were strongly stained.Malignant tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity in most cases. Malignant carcinoids displayed moderate to strong positivity. Most squamous cell carcinoma, basal cells carcinomas and several malignant gliomas and lymphomas were negative.Cases of prostate, renal, endometrial cancers as well as malignant lymphoma and melanoma displayed moderate to strong positivity.Weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining often combined with nuclear positivity was observed in most malignant cells. Malignant gliomas as well as most cases in skin, testicular, lung, gastric and pancreatic cancers were negative.Malignant cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity.
