Summary

Weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear immunoreactivity was observed in most cancer tissues. Gliomas and lymphomas were negative.Moderate to strong cytoplasmic and/or nuclear immunoreactivity, often seen in a fraction of cells, was observed in several liver, endometrial and thyroid cancers along with a few lymphomas, melanomas, carcinoids, ovarian, urothelial and pancreatic cancers. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.Few cases of breast cancers along with rare case of prostate and urothelial cancer displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative. Most cancer tissues exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic and/or nuclear immunoreactivity with additional membranous staining in several cases. Most gliomas, lymphomas, renal and skin cancers were negative.Occasional cases of melanomas and adenocarcinomas of cervix showed moderate nuclear staining while a rare case of urothelial cancers displayed strong positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
