Summary

Malignant cells generally showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Most cases of malignant gliomas and lymphomas along with skin, cervical and renal cancers were weakly stained or negative.Moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in a majority of malignant cells. Most gliomas and lymphomas showed strong nuclear positivity, whereas squamous cell carcinomas of skin and testicular cancers exhibited strong nucleolar staining.
