Summary

Moderate to strong nuclear immunoreactivity was observed in malignant lymphomas and some malignant gliomas. Remaining tumors were in general negative. Most malignant lymphomas showed strong nuclear staining, while some malignant melanomas displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining normal and malignant cells were in general weakly stained or negative.Colorectal cancers exhibited moderate nuclear positivity whereas strong nuclear immunoreactivity was observed in most malignant lymphomas and a few cases of gastric cancers. Remaining malignant cells were generally negative.
