Summary

Strong nuclear staining was observed in several cases of malignant gliomas, colorectal, ovarian, urothelial, gastric and pancreatic cancers. A few cases of squamous cell carcinomas, malignant melanoma, testicular and breast cancers showed moderate to strong nuclear positivity. Remaining malignant cells showed moderate nuclear immunoreactivity in a fraction of cells or were negative. A majority of malignant cells displayed moderate to strong nuclear positivity. Many renal cancers were negative.Several cases of basal cell carcinoma in skin, colorectal and ovarian cancers showed strong nuclear staining. Several testicular cancers as well as cases of lung and pancreastic cancers exhibited moderate positivity. Remaining malignant cells were in general weakly stained or negative.
