Summary

Most cancers displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or membranous positivity. Several prostate cancers along with a few ovarian and pancreatic cancers showed strong staining. A majority of melanomas, lung, urothelial and cervical cancers were negative.Prostate cancers and cases of breast, colorectal, stomach, pancreas and female genital cancers showed strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining Hepatocellular carcinomas showed additional nuclear positivity. Remaining cancers were weakly stained or negative.Moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity was observed in most prostate, breast and liver cancers as well as several cases of colorectal and female genital cancers. A majority of the remaining cancers were negative.
