Summary

Most of the cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Prostate cancers exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Nuclear staining was shown in squamous cell carcinomas and urothelial cancers. Gliomas, lymphomas, melanomas and testicular cancers were negative.A few renal cancers showed strong membranous reactivity whilst other renal cancers were negative or weakly to moderately stained in a subset of cells. Most of the cases of lymphomas, melanoma, skin cancer, liver cancer and pancreatic cancer were negative. Remaining cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Most cancer tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity, with additional/or nuclear staining in few cases. Lymphomas, gliomas, melanomas, liver and stomach cancers were generally negative.
