Summary

Most cancer tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Few cases of basal cell carcinomas displayed strong immunoreactivity. Lymphomas along with several gliomas and testicular cancers were negative.Cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with membranous positivity in several cases. Few cases of colorectal, breast, lung, skin and urothelial cancers were strongly stained. Most cases of gliomas, testicular, liver and endometrial cancers were negative. Most malignancies exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Malignant gliomas and lymphomas generally showed weak positivity while testicular cancers in most cases were negative.
