Summary

Tumour tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity. Several cases of lung, testicular and prostate cancers were weakly stained or negative.A majority of cancer tissues displayed moderate to strong nuclear positivity. Several cases of lymphomas, basal cell carcinomas, renal, testis and stomach cancers were weakly stained or negative.Malignant lymphomas showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative.Moderate cytoplasmic and membranous staining was observed in most tumour tissues. Several cases of lymphomas and lung cancers were negative.Tumour tissues displayed moderate nuclear positivity. Several cases of lymphomas and a few cases of carcinoids, colorectal, ovarian, cervical and liver cancers exhibited strong staining.Moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in most tumour tissues. Additional membranous staining was exhibited in colorectal and endometrial cancers. Few cases of seminomas showed nuclear membranous positivity. Several mlymphomas along with few renal and prostate cancers were negative.
